How much laundry fits in one bag?
A standard laundry bag holds roughly a week of clothing. Bring as many as you need — each bag is priced separately.
Where do I leave my bag?
At Building 2 (outside), on Tuesday, 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM. Label it with your name and room. We bring it back to your door the next day — you don't need to be in.
What about holidays and university breaks?
We'll let you know in advance about any day without service. Members can pause during university breaks and aren't charged while paused.
Can I stop anytime?
Yes. Pay per bag has no commitment — just don't book. Members can leave from the app: you keep the benefits until the end of the month you've paid for, then pay per bag.
How do I pay?
By card. Each drop-off is charged when we receive your bags; membership also has a monthly fee, charged automatically. Your card details are handled by our secure payment provider — we never store them.
