1. What we collect
Your name, email address, phone number, dorm address (building, floor and room), laundry preferences and order history.
2. Payments
Card details are processed and stored by our payment provider. We only keep a reference token and the last four digits of your card.
3. How we use it
To collect and return your laundry, send pickup reminders and receipts, and run your subscription. We do not sell your data.
4. Your choices
You can update your details in the app at any time, and ask us to delete your account.
